If I am getting equipment installed how long will the installation take?
The duration of the install depends on the amount of equipment being installed. We estimate about 1hr per indoor camera, 2hrs per outdoor camera, 3-4hrs for NVR, 1.5hrs for PVM, and 2hrs per audio kit.
When can I view the system?
The system should be fully functional after install has passed the final quality checks. The system should be viewable after installation is complete. Note, your system might not be fully functional with regard to POS overlay and other software features. Log-in info and app download required. 
When will my SmartAudits™ start?
Once an install passes the final QC it goes to our LP team where they check on the location and start the audits. However, the auditors schedule their audits on a month-to-month basis. If your installation passed final quality checks mid-month that may auto-generate and prorate only one or two audits for that location but will schedule the full amount the following month.
Who can reset my password?

Support or CSR should be able to reset the password.

How can I copy footage to a thumb drive or DVD?
Support or CSR can pull footage and assist with this. There are a few steps required. They can also teach a customer how to do this during training.
How can I tell if a site is offline?

When you are looking at your locations (accessible through the video tile) data and video icons (as shown below) will appear red if offline and green if online. Submit a ticket to support if systems appear offline.

How do I submit a ticket to support?

Choose the support tile on the home screen and select contact form to submit a ticket. Or select contact support for a list of support phone numbers to speak to a support agent.

How do I save my camera views?

Click the floppy disk icon in the bottom right corner to save your camera views.

How do I toggle between SD vs HD? (standard vs High Definition)

Click the HD or SD icon in the top right of the video. *Note, your video is always recording in both HD and SD.

How do I zoom into a camera view?

Click Video Manipulation

Mouse wheel in/out where the cursor is pointed

Pinch and zoom on touchpad /mobile device

How do I view historical video (calendar)?

In any camera view click the calendar icon in the lower right-hand corner to be able to jump to a different time, day, or date within that camera view.

How do I fast forward & rewind video?

To fast forward or rewind a video click the left or right arrows located in the bottom left corner of the page.

How do I take a snapshot?

To take a snap shot of a video click the camera icon in the lower right-hand corner when viewing a video.
